We are a craft shoe repair workshop in McKinney, Texas, built around a simple idea: good footwear should be maintained, not replaced.

Joannavero Co. began with a workbench, a stitcher and a short list of neighbours who needed boots kept in service. Word travelled the way it does in McKinney — a resole that held up, a heel rebuilt properly, a handbag strap that matched. Today we work on everything from courthouse dress shoes to ranch boots off acreage in Prosper and Celina.

Every repair is assessed by hand. We look at the welt, the lining, the heel block and the wear pattern before quoting, and we tell customers plainly when a pair is not worth the investment. That honesty costs us the occasional job and earns us the next ten.
