How out-of-town repairs work
- Call or submit the quote form with photos and a short description
- We confirm the likely repair and give you a price range
- Ship the item to our McKinney address or drop it off in person
- We call with a firm quote once the pair is on the bench
- Finished work is returned by carrier or collected in store
