Quotes and authorisation

All quotes are estimates based on the condition visible at inspection. If additional work is discovered once a repair is underway, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. No additional charges are applied without your consent.

Turnaround times

Stated turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Availability of specific materials, the complexity of a rebuild and seasonal volume can extend a repair.

Condition of items

Aged, dry or previously damaged leather can fail during cleaning, stretching or resoling despite proper technique. Where we identify that risk we will tell you before starting, and proceeding is at the customer’s discretion.

Payment

Payment is due on collection. We accept cash, major cards and common mobile payment methods.

Workmanship guarantee

Our workmanship is guaranteed against defects under normal wear. The guarantee covers the repair performed and does not extend to unrelated parts of the item or to damage caused by misuse, accident or ordinary wear.

Uncollected items

Items not collected within ninety days of completion notification may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, in accordance with Texas law.
